About Tom Gilligan

I retired in early 2019. My wife, Anne, and I live in Natick, Massachusetts, which is 15 miles west of Boston.

Art and Photography are passions of mine, although I have discovered them late in life. Both support a focus on being in the present moment, so it seems natural that I also enjoy practicing mindfulness.
